Data Center & Mission Critical Construction

Data centers can't go dark, and the systems behind them have to be built right the first time. Catamaran brings the same pipe and structural steel craft we've delivered to refineries, chemical plants and power stations for more than 40 years to hyperscale and high-performance computing campuses.

Our crews are on Applied Digital's North Dakota data center campuses today, building the diesel fuel systems that feed backup generators, installing HDPE piping, and fabricating and setting pipe spools. Working alongside fuel system specialist SwanSYS, we deliver the process side of the facility with fewer handoffs and one accountable team.

    Installed 48 diesel fuel tanks (50,000 gallons each) with HDPE piping from the tanks to the pump houses, day tanks and generators, plus custom-fabricated spools with 100% X-ray weld inspection.

  • Harwood, North Dakota

    · Applied Digital

    HDPE piping installation, steel pipe spool fabrication and installation, mainline block valves, vent piping and tank installation support.

  • Boyce, Louisiana

    · Applied DigitalAwarded

    Fabrication and installation of process piping and structural steel: roughly 46,000 linear feet of pipe and 24 pipe racks, with hydrotesting to ASME B31.3.
